Helena Hunting truly is the Queen of Hockey Romance, and she absolutely nailed it with Chase Lovett Wants Me! This standalone college hockey romance set at Tilton University has everything I love: opposites attract, forced proximity, accidental roommates, one bed, a secret crush, and that perfect nerd/jock vibe. I was hooked from the get-go. Chase is the charming hockey star everyone loves, while Cammie is this sweet introvert who writes super steamy Lord of the Rings fanfic on the side. When a dorm fire throws them into a one-bed hotel room, it sparks a whirlwind romance full of laughs, heart, and plenty of heat. The banter between them is hilarious, and the chemistry is off the charts, making their relationship even more fun to follow. Both are such lovable characters, and their story is a mix of sweet, spicy, and swoon-worthy moments that kept me turning the pages. The pacing is spot-on; it builds to a climax you won’t forget. I found myself laughing and smiling all through—this book is everything I love rolled into one! I seriously loved it and can’t wait for more from this world. Chase Lovett Wants Me is definitely a must-read!
🎧 I enjoyed listening to this story while reading it, and if you love audio, you’re in for a treat! Jason Clarke and CJ Bloom did an amazing job performing it in duet style. It was freaking fantastic!
