I just had to share my excitement about the book pick for the June 9th @wanderlustbookboutique Book Club Brunch – 𝑾𝒊𝒍𝒅 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒅! It was my first time reading a 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐢 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐭 novel, and I’m officially a huge fan now! This book was an absolute delight. You all know how much I love small-town sports romances, so when you throw in a sassy British female main character and a sexy-as-sin Southern boy baseball player as the male main character, it’s a winning combination for me! Jessa and Remy’s opposites-attract, forced proximity story was incredibly fun and brought some super spicy heat!
This sweet southern small-town romance was charming and loaded with a fantastic cast of characters and comedic crazy antics that kept me fully invested and laughing out loud. While I had part of the storyline figured out, Staci threw a plot twist that I did not see coming, leaving me pleasantly surprised and eager for more!! I really enjoyed this book and highly recommend it!! It was a fantastic read that will surely entertain and make you smile! I can’t wait for the next book in the series!
